Newsletter Changes

Hello!

As you might have noticed, my quarterly newsletter has turned into every other month. Maybe this is because of the release of Missing Jane, but I think I can maintain that frequency so I am making it permanent.

I wanted to thank everyone for the amazing response to this latest release. Many of you followed the blog tour and I received requests for the deleted scenes to be included at the back of the book. Since it is already published and I do not want to disturb it, I have decided to make it available HERE for anyone who receives my newsletter or follows my personal blogs.

Many of you are asking what is next. Well, on my latest blog at Austen Authors, I shared a quick scene which had popped into my head. As I stated in the blog, I have no intentions of this scene becoming more than it is, but it did get me thinking about writing something that begins with some of the P&P characters as children. After going through several ideas that have sprung up over the past couple months, I think I might have found a way to weave a few of them together. I am currently working on an outline (okay, my version of an outline) and will have more on that in the future.

In addition to the P&P variations, I have mentioned several times that I am supposed to be writing a family memoir. This has disturbed my sleep lately and I was lucky to attend a memoir session with the Virginia Writers Club that gave me a fresh perspective. All that to say it looks like that might finally get off the ground in the coming weeks. Don’t be surprised to find pictures and tidbits in the coming months.

That is all for now. I hope everyone is staying safe and keeping well. Make sure you pick up a copy of the free Missing Jane: The Deleted Scenes, and leave a comment with any questions or thoughts. I love reading them and getting the chance to respond.

See you in October!
